Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Tardi ("we", "us", "our"), the managed cloud hosting service for OpenClaw, operated through tardi.ai and app.tardi.ai. By creating an account or using our service, you agree to these terms.
The service
Tardi provides managed cloud hosting for OpenClaw, an open-source AI assistant. We provision, maintain, and monitor a dedicated cloud instance running OpenClaw on your behalf. We test every OpenClaw release before deploying it to customer instances.
Tardi is a hosting provider. We are not the developer of OpenClaw. OpenClaw is an independent open-source project with its own licence and terms.
Your account
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Tardi.
Subscriptions and billing
Tardi is a paid subscription service. Plans and pricing are listed at tardi.ai/pricing. Subscriptions are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time, and your service will continue until the end of the current billing period.
We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified by email before any price change takes effect.
Your API keys and data
You bring your own API keys from your chosen AI provider (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, etc.). You are responsible for your API key usage and any costs incurred with your AI provider. Tardi does not cover AI provider costs.
Your data, conversations, configurations, and integration credentials belong to you. We do not access, read, or use your instance data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
You can export your OpenClaw configuration at any time.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Tardi to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Send spam, phishing, or unsolicited bulk messages
- Distribute malware or engage in cyberattacks
- Abuse or attempt to exploit our infrastructure (mining, excessive resource consumption beyond your plan)
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
- Use the service in a way that disrupts other customers' instances
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practicable.
Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by upstream providers, network issues, or force majeure events.
Updates
We test every OpenClaw release before deploying it to customer instances. By default, tested updates are applied automatically. You can switch to manual updates if you prefer to approve each version yourself.
Limitation of liability
Tardi is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Cancellation and termination
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the app. Your instance remains active until the end of the current billing period. After cancellation, your instance and data are deleted within 30 days. Export your configuration before cancelling if you want to keep it.
We may terminate your account for violation of these terms. We will provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to export your data, except in cases of severe abuse.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of Tardi after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Singapore.
