Tardi ("we", "us", "our") operates the website tardi.ai and the application at app.tardi.ai. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.

What we collect

Account information

When you sign up, we collect your email address and payment information. Payment is processed by our third-party payment provider. We do not store your full credit card number.

API keys

You provide API keys for your chosen AI provider (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, etc.) to connect your OpenClaw instance. Your API keys are encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-standard encryption. We cannot read or access your API keys in plaintext.

OpenClaw instance data

Your OpenClaw instance runs on dedicated, isolated infrastructure. We do not have access to your conversations, messages, files, integration credentials, or any data processed by your OpenClaw instance. Your instance data is yours alone.

Usage and analytics

We collect basic usage data such as page views, instance uptime metrics, and error logs for infrastructure monitoring. We do not track your activity within your OpenClaw instance.

How we use your data

  • To provision and maintain your dedicated OpenClaw instance
  • To process payments and manage your subscription
  • To send you service-related communications (downtime notices, update notifications, billing)
  • To monitor infrastructure health and resolve technical issues
  • To improve our service based on aggregated, anonymised usage patterns

What we do NOT do

  • We do not read, access, or store your conversations or messages
  • We do not access your API keys in plaintext
  • We do not sell, share, or trade your personal data with third parties
  • We do not use your data for advertising or profiling
  • We do not train AI models on your data

Data storage and security

Your OpenClaw instance runs on dedicated cloud infrastructure. Each instance is isolated from other customers. API keys and integration credentials are encrypted at rest using AES-256 and in transit using TLS.

We use trusted cloud infrastructure providers for hosting. Access to production systems is restricted to authorised personnel and protected by multi-factor authentication.

Data retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. When you cancel your subscription, your instance and all associated data are deleted within 30 days. You can export your OpenClaw configuration at any time before cancellation.

You can:

  • Export your OpenClaw configuration at any time
  • Request deletion of your account and all associated data
  • Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • Update your account information through the app

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and maintain your session. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising pixels.

Third-party services

We use third-party services for payment processing and infrastructure hosting. These providers have their own privacy policies. We only share the minimum data necessary for them to provide their services.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice in the app. Continued use of Tardi after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
