At Grab, Shank spent years in the trenches of AI engineering, designing, shipping, and managing production-grade AI systems that power ride-hailing, deliveries, digital payments, and financial services at regional scale.
His portfolio spans end-to-end AI project delivery: large language model deployments, recommendation and ranking systems, fraud and risk models, operational automation, and generative-AI workflow platforms.
